This page describes the withdrawal process for paid Targela subscriptions (Widerrufsbelehrung). It will be finalised and legally reviewed before paid subscriptions go on sale.

1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (Verbraucher) in the European Union and conclude a paid subscription with Atefeh Salahshoor Goolan at a distance, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins when the contract is concluded.
2. How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example email) within the period.

- You may also use the unauthenticated cancellation route at /kuendigen once a paid subscription exists; whether that route also satisfies the formal withdrawal notice will be confirmed before paid subscriptions go on sale.
3. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw in time, we refund payments received for the withdrawn contract without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment unless agreed otherwise.
4. Premature performance and loss of the right (§ 356(5) BGB)
Digital content / online services may begin immediately when you expressly agree at checkout and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
Targela checkout therefore asks for two separate confirmations before payment:
- Express consent that the subscription starts immediately.
- Acknowledgement that starting now means you lose the 14-day right to withdraw.
If you do not tick both, checkout does not proceed.
